When we have a comic pool, and most of the posts in that pool are candidates for a concept pool, we usually just put a "representative" post of the comic in the concept pool For example, the entirety of pool #6172 would otherwise go in "The Most Unlikely Crossovers", so we put just the cover page in that pool.
Both this page and the previous one could go in Perverted Homura if they were standalone, but the previous one, IMHO, is a better representative (Homukitty going for the promised land beneath Madoka's skirt is a step above just making erotic faces/poses on getting her own butt patted).
