Are you guys sure this is actually Sanae? It looks like it could be C.C. wearing Sanae's outfit.

She does look a lot like C.C. in this picture.

It just seems to be the way this artist draws faces, combined with the long green hair.

Well C.C. also has the same eye color. The only real problem is C.C. isn't that busty, but artists will stretch bust size.
