Unless the implication is undone it can't be removed. But I'm not even sure it is implicated any more since the alias/implication search buttons seem to have been axed and I don't have time to mess with it at the moment.

...and even less with "purposeful physical restraint of a person" as is bondage defined here. In anime this leg bracelet has only magical and decorative purposes and she wears it of her own free will. A memento to her past, when she was forcibly shackled as a slave.
