It is a fencing move, so whether or not it is a parody is subjective. Personally, I believe it is a parody, hence my previous comment.

I find it hard to believe it is a Spy reference. A more likely scenario is that the Spy does a rather common fencing maneuver and that that is what Sayaka is doing here.

If she's fencing saber, she's exposing too much of her arm. Her first action is almost a parry five, but the follow up slashing is too wild, even for counter parries; definitely swashbuckling. Getting back on guard to thrust is pretty spot-on and in time, though.

Anyway, the Spy's taunt is left-handed.
