Yeah, I've never really liked the idea of these chimeric creatures having superfluous sets of parts... (Some of the more bizarre involve cow-centaurs that have four breasts and then giant breast-sized udders...)

Considering how this one's built, she might have two vaginas, which may imply capacity to become double-pregnant.

It reminds me of Diplocephalus' ass from Symphony of the Night.
