I understand the Pokemon tag because of the PokeBall, but the creature on the lower right doesn't look like Pikachu. It has no red cheeks. Maybe there should be a second opinion other than mine.

The first thing that comes into my mind when seeing that is Pikachu, so I don't see any reason not to tag it as such.
