(Mokou) i am fujiwara mokou. i'm the daughter of fujiwara. (Tojiko) Fujiwara? There was a guy in the Minister 's era of that name. (Mokou) I’m the descendant of Nakatomi no Kamatari. I’m your enemy. (Tojiko) I’m sorry I do not know the story.
I figured as much. More from being minimally aware of the history than the language, though.
So is there any reason why the translations just stopped so abruptly for this? Are the words past this point very difficult to translate or something?
I'm a grandchild of Nakatomi no Kamatari... your enemy.Sorry I don't get what you mean.In your era, there was a guy called Nakatomi. It is said Tojiko is inspired from Tojiko no Iratsume, one of the consorts of Prince Shoutoku. It is said Mokou is inspired from a (fifth?) daughter of Fujiwara no Fuhito (Kamatari's son).Eh?I'm Fujiwara no Mokou... a descendant of the Fujiwara clan. The Fujiwara clan...?Nakatomi no Kamatari, later referred to as Fujiwara no Kamatari, slew Soga no Iruka (a son of a brother of the inspiration for Tojiko) with Prince Naka no Ōe, resulting in elimination of the main branch of the Soga clan.
