OMG! Yuuka isn't slow at all! it's her Weightened Parasol that slowing her down all this time?

Remember kids: if someone seems slow, first check for any and all possible accessories/unneccesary weapons on their person. They may just be weighted down (possibly for the purpose 'of' speed training) and, upon being called slow, will dump the excess weight just to make a point. That, and/or beat the hell outta you.
