Seems strange that the manga version is groping the anime version when it seems that the anime version is far more inclined towards sexual matters than the manga version.
The whole reason Headmaid started giving Maou her "useless meat" complex was because she "had the figure to be a sexy character, but she wastes it by being an egghead and not showing it off, instead". The only reason manga Maou ever wears those "Maou-like costumes" is because Headmaid forces her to, and Maou prefers robes.
