I could only grasp a little bit with my poor Japanese, but I think because the trap card is mind reading, the user is currently having perverted thoughts and is showing Pikeru those...

So from I understand, the Trap card (and the image) is the card version of Satori.

I carry the TCG version of this card in my wallet, right behind my drivers' License.
