    古泉は普段は温厚な性格だと思いますが、こういう古泉も嫌いじゃないです。むしろ朝比奈さんのことに関しては時に過激になる古泉が萌えます（｀・ω・´）ｷﾘ　◆タグ有難うございます。時に悪くなる古泉が好きです（｀・ω・´）ｷﾘ　◆1月23日総合デイリーランキング454位、イラストデイリーランキング403位、男子に人気374位有難うございます。

    Tentatively translated, but the sentence structure in the second and fourth panels is giving me a little trouble.

    In the second panel I'm assuming the と in みくるちゃんが可愛いと makes it a relative clause, as in みくるちゃんが可愛いと心配する.
    Or in other words, "(Koizumi-kun is) worried about Mikuru-chan being cute."

    In the last panel I'm guessing 具体的に has an implied して at the end, and the 何かは is なんかは whose purpose is just to emphasize the prior phrase.
