It's pretty fucked up but nothing special in the sense of most guro images. If you watched blood-C you would have found that more horrific or if you follow depthbomb.

I give it a B+ in terms of sickfuckery.

The most fucked up part of this, is that, according to the story, that's the dude's little sister. lol
