Rumia and the others of her level (Wriggle, Mystia, Letty, Nazrin, Chen and so on) are nightmares of power compared to human standards. They just had the bad luck of being in a series in which anyone of importance can kill you in a split second, is immortal, untouchable or can blow away buildings like it was nothing.
