Gensokyo, most likely. Signs of this being in the rapattuverse:
- A character that has a tail (or tails in Chen's case) or wings don't have them present. Aya is exempt because her wings aren't always shown.
- A character with animal ears looks like they have them attacked to some headgear such as a hat or hairband.
- A character is sized to be dramtically different than their common portrayals by other artists and/or official art. Best not to rely on this one when dealing with the (much) younger characters.

I can totally see her as the girl who stands in front of the cafe trying to draw in customers. At least that's where her specialties would shine best. (Ha.)

すいません、コメントで気がつきました。たしかに1話1コマ目で『営業中』になってますね・・・。再投稿等は行いませんが、『営業中→準備中』が正解です。

From what I understood, sign in first panel should say "準備中"(closed/in preparation) rather than "営業中"(Open), but he's not going to make a revision :3
