Music, both the original and some reworks, mainly Alstroemeria's (although the last album, World Destination was pretty damn awful); and like FRien said, weaving between patterns. Hyperfocusing while playing Touhou leaves one hell of a memory...

I wonder if Mizuki-san really did hand over a copy of Hang in There, Kogasa-san! That would be amazing if he did. I bet he would enjoy it quite a bit!

Reminds me of a situation. My friend was in the marine. He and his squad had a trip to Las Vegas. They were in their uniforms at a bar and people kept buying them rounds of drinks. When they left the bartender said they had 14 more rounds left.

Isn't it weird to hand out Hang in There, Kogasa-san! ? Since it's not really a Touhou doujin, it's just using the characters as a pseudonym...

It's crazy... two years ago at AWA was the first I'd seen Touhou really in a mainstream(for the anime/manga type world) setting and that was limited to a single seller selling stuff and a dozen or so cosplayers. Last year there were tons of cosplayers and 3 different Touhou panels, though what on exactly I couldn't say. And this year ZUN himself makes his US debut.

Adult work.. don't this self-insert artist's made it into danbooru? The one where Sanae is raping Kogasa.

For me, I love the characters and the lore though, I don't really play the main games much (only tried out Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom) (except the fighting spin-offs, like Antimony of Common Flowers), but the lore (both fan-made and official) are really fun to read
