Why the hell did someone marks this amazing piece of art as loli? Trying to deny people the right to see this? This isn't mere fap material, and marking this as loli is an injustice.

Almost half of Ke-ta's stock is unanimously considered loli due to the types of features he/she drew them with. It's absolutely not that people are trying to keep things like this to themselves... The reason this shit is unviewable to regular members and visitors is because J-List, the primary sponsor to the site, doesn't want (and possibly can't afford) to have their products and company name listed next to images featuring children portrayed sexually. People with advanced accounts don't get the adverts, so they can see the images.. to my understanding, that's how it works.
Besides, there is very little subjectivity in this kind case. Art or not, this kind of shit stirs up a crowd when it is displayed commercially. Do you remember those nude photos of the then 10 year old Brook Shields that were taken in 1975? Even now there is controversy as to whether they should be commercially considered stoic motifs, or child pornography. This is why it's important to remember: "They flat, they young(er), they scrawny, they heads' is bigger than normal, they's loli by definition." and to tag things as loli or shota discriminately in order to maintain... order on this site.

That explanation worked before the ads were removed (don't worry, also being a Gold member I didn't notice until I read a forum post on it), whereas now it seems to have just been left that way as status quo and perhaps a shield against the other things you described. After the ads were dumped topic #4788 was posted and stickied...and recently unstickied for some reason.

Well shit. At least the second half remains valid.
