    I was wondering what to do about my Reitaisai 9 story, since it looked to be nothing but gags of this sort, so I timed introducing it like this.

    The person with the afro is "Helepolis-san", a man who came from the Netherlands to Japan, and isn't any Touhou character or anime character or game character in particular. Though there are some similar characters in Dance Dance Revolution! :-) For details, please read Warugaki-san's report manga, and I think you'll be able to understand.

    YES! I CALLED IT! I KNEW IT HAD TO HAPPEN EVENTUALLY!
    I suppose it's a humbling feeling when the artists we follow happen to know each other. And draw each other in their comics.

    Then again, I think Warugaki's put Mizuki in his Repo-Mans at least three times at this point, so of course it'd only be kind to return the gesture. Either way, WE ALL WIN
