Actually this is not Hatsune Miku, but the mascot of Buka Manga, a Chinese manga website.
Moegirlpedia seems to affirm this! Went ahead and made the copy- and chartags, but I wonder how we should handle the mascot's name, 布卡娘. I decided to go with Lady Buka, as it seems at least one scanlation group goes with this.
