It's a not looping animated png. The thumbnail is generated from the first picture, you see the last one.

I fail to see any difference between the thumbnail and the full pic in either of the two browsers I have installed*. In all cases I see a cat-eared Parsee in a maid waitress uniform and wearing a push-up bra, nothing changes.

(*) (also, IE yields the same result as both of them)

The image is an animated PNG, if you do not have a browser that supports animated PNGs then you'll only get the first frame of the animation when you view the image.

I didn't even know you can do this with png

How about getting APNG on GoogleChrome extension. I installed it and I saw her
