For those that don't know who Hatate's Toshikaki is,

The default anonymous name when posting on Futaba is Toshiaki. There's a user on Futaba who makes a daily thread posing as Hatate. This Hatate has a real smug attitude and often picks fights with Toshiaki and gets his name wrong by calling him Toshikaki.
