Though oddly, Raven's emoticlone of love is usually shown as wearing purple. White Raven is usually only seen when Raven is at her purest state of focus, and is usually associated with intense concentration.

Hard to say. Present Raven CAN go white (though apparantly, only future raven can stay that way on a permanent basis). The white one is presumably the future one, but doesn't have to be. Though it could explain the out of color behavior. If future Raven is truly in complete mastery of her powers, she may no longer have to be so careful with expressing her emotions.
I'm gonna say it's future Raven, since there does seem to be a difference in cup size. And her hair is longer, which doesn't necessarily mean anything but it's a quick way for an artist to show passage of time between two versions of the same character.
