Depends on which timeline this is.
Even in the first timeline, Madoka could defeat Walpurgisnacht, despite dying herself. But then, it was just her and Mami, and she died in the middle of the battle. This is also after the third timeline where Homura shoots Madoka's Soul Gem to stop her from Witching out. All five of them is overkill.
