to be fair to Kinesis, a fair amount of people were probably first introduced to the Honest Axe story by its use in .hack.

I was actually introduced to the concept in Zelda.

What? Don't schools teach kids about the honest axe story anymore? I learned all my old fables from school, not from video games.

Funny, I was learning math, language and useful (?) crap at school, not about honesty and fairytales, and yes, the first time I saw this concept was on Zelda link to the past
