Does it mean Yamame and Tani Takeshi never met before?

They actually performed that greeting in real life. lol Naturally, they didn't kneel on the ground, though. I figured I was no match for these two. :-)

I take it Tani Takeshi has heard so much about Yamame-san from Kogasa-san that she became almost legendary. And For Yamame-san, Tani Takeshi being Tani Takeshi is probably enough.

Wow, a greeting so powerful that Tani-san's apple fell off his head. That's saying something, right? Kogasa-san has pretty much the only response to such a sight I can think of. Wonder how those two will interact throughout this arc?

For the poll, a simple "hello there" always works, right? Unless it's someone super imposing, then "Phew..." might be a more likely greeting.

Aren't they both famous?

Famous people who don't consider themselves famous meeting other famous people who don't consider themselves famous is what I thought this was.

I so want to do Tani's greeting pose. It cracks me up.

I doubt it can be confirmed. Hitoshi seems to be using rather prominent art of his friends to represent them, but there are more artists who like to draw Yamame. Still, fun_bo is from Shizuoka Prefecture, so the probability is there.
