Actually it wont. M82's whole design is based around recoil-reduction. Its more of "push" then a sharp recoil.

I'd be more worried about the weight-balance.

As long as she doesn't sit past the contact-surface of the rear tire, it won't flip as long as they don't acelerate too fast.

Now, how in the world can she hit while moving? And I believe the M82 is like carrying a sandbag.

Some of those really nutter snipers fire from helicopter side doors. But they also aren't bearing the weight of the rifle; it tends to be slung or rested.

They have the benefit of resting the bipod or at least their elbow on the helicopter floor though. This girl is supporting the entire weight of the weapon by herself.
