Meiling definitely says hazukashii (embarrassing), but my kanji recognition is horrible... I can only say I don't think Aya's using the same word in her reply.

Actually, I'd argue the opposite is more true... everyone looks amazing dressed as her.

Meiling is actually supposed to have loose pants on under the skirt, but fanartists tend to forget them.
