At first I was like how can ANYONE like this guy? He’s so mind-bogglingly stupid it’s a miracle he lived until age 17 without killing himself with his own stupidity. Let alone become a lawyer. Every time he opens his mouth in the game I just want to slap it shut, good thing Franziska seems to agree.
But then when you get to a certain point in the game you know why and can’t help feeling sorry for him…and it just makes you want to wrap him up in a blanket and feed him hot chocolate, it’s that depressing.
And then in a turning point we call character development I feel so damn proud of this boy oh god the tears are coming as I type. Yumihiko bby ;A;
AAI2 is miles (get it? Miles? ok) better than the first one and better than the first two AA games imo. All 5 cases tie together into one big scenario and there are so many touching moments I can’t count them with all the digits I have. And it deals with the theme of family (especially father and son) and choosing your own path. I LOVED everyone’s character development. I think it’s really outdone itself as a spin-off and definitely DEFINITELY worth a play if you know enough Japanese. ARRGGH WHY NOT JUST RELEASE THIS GAME IN THE WEST damn you Capcom.
