It did have few "issues" tho, it was too heavy to use ANY bridge at the time in Germany and the tremors of it moving would cause cracks in buildings and eventually cause em to collapse.

The whole thing would have been useless. Not only can it not go over bridges, it would break roads, break down constantly, be easy to immobilize, and its a huge target for strafing via planes.

The main threat from planes would be from bombs and rockets, which the Maus would indeed be an easy target for. There were planes with cannons powerful enough to penetrate the top armor of a Maus, but not very many of them.
