...i can honestly say i have never seen a translation note show something like this.

I've seen it a couple of times. Sometimes people transcribe the text into a comment to help translators who might have trouble reading it out of the image, or to save them time typing it up if they use an electronic dictionary. Occasionally, they'll transcribe it into a comment instead so the translator can delete it after the translation is finished.

Closest I can get is:
T, This is...a really good thing you have....

Might be a sexually suggestive joke?
