This is a parody of that great show "Sexy Commando", but still, it's funny how Sanae is violently fighting Keine, probably for Rinnosuke but in the end Daiyousei just clorophormes him away all to herself.

I think Keine's trying to exact revenge on Sanae for... Well, Kourin would tell you if he hadn't passed out from the shock...

I believe it's the aftermath of what happened in post #1277784 and what's being sterilized is...well I think you know now.

Sanae stole a kiss from Rinnosuke in post #1277784 (which is why she looks ecstatic) , which pissed the hell out of Keine and also the reason why Daiyousei is "sterilizing" his mouth.
