The aftermath of SA I feel wouldve been sensible. She lies defeated, losing control of the yatagarasu.

I know what you mean. I think this is the first pic on here that made me feel physically ill when I looked at it...rad poisoning has to be a horrible way to go.

Radiation of a level required to cause this much damage would result in an entirely different appearance...
'Burning' of the flesh into what appears as solid black char,
Rejected bodily organs (meaning that she'd have puked them up),
Literally constant bile movements (everything the body produces in it's last grasp at ejecting toxins will be immediately force from the system),
Decay and eventual collapse of limbs (wings included, they'd have fallen off),
Large boils/cists on the remaining flesh (again with the toxins),
and the constant smell of sulfuric acid around the personage of the diseased...
She'd have absolutely no motor control, would be deaf, blind, mute, and effectively brain dead, not to mention that her nervious chain would have severed somewhere near the begining of all of this...
In other words she wouldn't feel anything by this point.
The Human body is designed to not allow it to get that far, it self-destructs long before that, and, she being what she is, there's no reason that she'd have a body inferior to a human.
The Hiroshima survivors that died from radiation poisoning were actually only in stage 4... of 10. Now, that labeling isn't so much Medical Knowledge as it it Nuclear Awareness and Readiness Commission...
Who'd have honestly thought that the US Gov was actually preparing for a situation like the Fallout Games?

The Rot on the other hand actually produces your stereotypical zombie or ghoul like appearance in the victim and all assosiated condition of the flesh, which is what appears to be happenning here...

Well, I just skipped to the point of her demise.
Aside, the topic was this picture where the Artist was apparently implying that she's not immune.
Thus, I don't see why the downvote (not saying it was you).

You make a valid point there, but due to her mainly fusion-based power(and throwing fucking suns around), she should get 3rd degree burns(or change into something resembeling a bbq-ed chickin) before all else, should she be not immune.

P.S. I never vote(up or down) because I suck at judgeing those things.

Plus, due to her being underground while making suns, the "rooms" she was is would have heated up so fast that the roof would likely liquify. And I do not know what THAT would do to her, but probably death. And due to there being a Thermonuclear reaction controled by MAGIC! When the control-part stops, well, yea.

Dunno how big a sun she could make before the control dies, but when that reaction starts going out of control, we are looking at something of at least in the kiloton range.
