Actually the reason those comments were voted down is because they are completely made up. Her eyepatch here has nothing to do with Charlotte.

Due to the fact that Mami fights in a rather flashy manner and insists on calling her attacks, Mami is often said to be suffering from "eighth-grader syndrome." Cue the Rikka cosplay. I knew there would be some some great crossover pics as soon as this series was announced... I'm sure there will be many before before Chuunibyou finishes its run.
