The upload page actually seems to be worded wrong in light of that, since as far as I know anime styled anthros may be accepted, not are accepted. The usual "if it's really good it might be approved anyway" caveat.

That list at the upload page is extremely wrong in many ways. This was already discussed multiple times at the forums.
Also, even Terms of Service aren't clear enough in this regard, or maybe they are just outdated. Images with furry/anthropomorphic characters are treated and accepted in the same way as any other posts as long as they are not explicit.

Oh, right, forgot to mention that, the rule only applies to sexual depictions of furry characters.

I imagine that was the reason this was flagged, since naked sweaters are fairly erotically charged.
