I'd say it's grieve-gloat,visiting the grave while trying to make it like she's visitng a still living Sakuya,with flair and elegant and all that.

Flandre's coping mechanism/grieving process might be to visit the grave and tell Sakuya about her day just like she did when Sakuya was alive. I just hope the others help her through the five stages so she doesn't develop unhealthy habits.
