    Not really. Assuming she has the same arsenal as regular Gilgamesh, she likely has a potion that allows healing from fatal wounds (alternatively she just gives Shirou the Potion of Youth and reverts him to an uninjured kid). If he took the hit from berserker she can likely save him with ease.

    The real problem is Shirou likely never even gets the chance to throw himself into the line of fire for her. She's too powerful to need saving from anyone save her male counterpart and they should be roughly even anyway. Everyone else gets ROLF-stomped faster than Shirou can beg her to spare them. If she loses, it'll only be because Kotomine slaughtered Shirou while she was deadlocked with her male counterpart and then she eventually runs out of prana.
