Sadly Pursuit doesn't work on moves like U-Turn or Volt Switch :(. Bisharp is awesome but he shouldn't be able to do that, he might be disqualified for that.

Yes it does, as long as the Pokemon using U-Turn/Volt Switch goes before the one using Pursuit.
