　■実を言いますと、欠損とか大好きでして。なんかこう、沸々とわき上がるモノがありますね。レースやフリルで傷口隠してたりすると、凄く可愛いですよね。傷口ｐｒｐｒしたくなっちゃいますねｐｒｐｒ。ロボっていうかメカも大好きでしてね。甲冑とか好きなのの延長線上ではあるんですけども。無機物って素晴らしいですね。でも何故かメダロットっぽくなっちゃうんですよね。　■まぁ欠損なんかは苦手な人も多いし、表に出しては来なかったんだが……もういいよね？

Nothing in the tags or commentary suggests that this is any existing character, the artist apparently just felt like drawing an amputee girl.

Wouldn't have guessed it from his previous works, but according to the commentary he apparently has a fetish for amputees esp. with those frilly things covering the stump

Well, people tend to see you as a sadistic freak if you admit to having an amputee fetish.
