Normally too many books is an issue, but the architects of this library seem to have solved that problem.

Imagine having to organize/catalogue all of those books.

I hope they install a fence or guard-bar thing on that scissor lift chair...

This seems "Awesome, but Impractical". I like this image, but in the same space they could have built a normal library building instead. I mean, with separate floors accessible by stairs and/or elevator, as opposed to one grandiously tall and spacious room. Not only the girl is in danger of falling to her death, books could fall on people's heads, too.
