This doesn't really look like Aya at all. I realize the guy on Pixiv tagged it as such, but really, no wings, no ears, wrong hair color, the eyes look almost brown as well.

Aya has been drawn without her wing in the past and you can't even get a good look of her ears in this pic.
Short dark hair, red eyes, healthy high school girl body. Conclusive evidence would be any part of her outfit, wings or ears, a camera, or the presence of another Touhou character, especially a related character or Nue (since then it couldn't be Nue). I consider the fact that she's drawn the same as the artist's innumerable other Ayas to be convincing, but I'd get if you don't.
In any case, close enough to save to the "Aya" folder, I should think.
