She's 5'8" ...so by comparison, excluding Yuugi (and I suppose Kourin and maybe, Shou as artist tend to draw her looking rather tall)... I'm a giant in Gensoukyou?

Patchouli is just 140 cms? That's rather short for an adult/young adult, as they're presented in the games.

Actually Koakuma matches the 159 cm of an average Japanase woman best, according to Wikipedia.

Shes still a young girl not an adult. Shes only 100.

Pache is described as short. She also doesn't age, though exactly when she stopped isn't known.

I think Sakuya is a bit below average in most western countries?

With vampires, what ends mattering is the age at which they were "frozen". If Remilia and Flandre were allowed to grow as humans until about 9~10 years and then vampirized, they'd end like this.

You're talking about female average height, which is lower than male average height. I think that in almost every country a 175 cm tall woman is considered pretty tall (and in most of Asia 175 cm is pretty tall even by male standard). I'd probably consider average a woman about 155-165 cm tall.

Unless my math is mistaken, then:
Meiling: About 5'10"
Sakuya: About 5'6"
Koakuma: About 5'4"
Patchouli: About 4'8"
Remilia & Flandre: About 4'4"

Apparently I have a head that's 26 cm tall from jaw to top (measured myself) that's nearly the same as the gap between Patchouli and Sakuya here... I wonder if I have a big head for my height (~172 cm). Oh, and I'm a guy, but measurements would be useful to me for drawing proportions.
