Medic = Possibly Ayano
Scout = Possibly Rise
Engineer = Possibly Sakurako
Heavy = Possibly Himawari

I don't know the fitting duo of YuruYuri and TF2, but this is just my prediction.

Well, the fitting duos of TF2 are Heavy and Medic (gameplay) and Demo and Soldier (comics, for a time).
