Indeed, but most of the main characters are American. Some people from the production staff were Americans. And Nathan Spencer was voiced by Mike Patton from Faith No More... who are also American.

I don't remember Nathan looking so derpy in the face... but then my first playthrough was with the Rearmed skin.
