I'm at the fence about this question: does the kaname_madoka tag belong to this post...? Gomadoka is a form of Madoka K., sure, but the latter (as human) does not appear here.

Looking through the results from gomadoka, it's pretty inconsistent - some Gomadoka pics have the kaname_madoka tag, some don't.

Personally, I think it's reasonable to leave it off - it does make sense that a pic that has both Sealdoka and human form Madoka should be tagged differently than one that just has the seal.
