I think this warrants the nagato_yuki_(cosplay) tag, but I can't find the howto for editing tags.

That's odd, the nagato cosplay tag isn't green

Can someone who has access to that change it to a character tag?

It isn't green because it shouldn't be. *_(cosplay) tags are general tags.
