I am against people calling pantyhose/tights stockings. ストッキング越しのパンツ is stockings. If a post has the ストッキング越しのパンツ tag I replace it with パンスト越しのパンツ (I was the one who made that tag). The more times you see people misuse the ストッキング tag, the more people will think that it is alright to mimic the misuse.
