Sayna's antenna are red, not green, so 'drunk.' Bottle shape likely means 'vodka.' That plus they're in a sauna, which means Suomus, *(Finland,) which also means 'vodka.' Though if this is a movie scene it might be Romagna (Italy/Venice) alchohol, but I still say vodka, because that doesn't look like any wine bottle I know of.

Bottle of vodka, and smirnoff, or some variant of it in this world by the label, i googled smirnoff and it is very similar.
