No, I would assume that it's one of the many misused foreign words in Japan. For example, the term "My pace" is used to describe characters who could sustain their own tempo (or character) regardless of circumstances they are going through, such as Luffy from One Piece or Arare from Dr.Slump. That being the case, I believe that "aggressiveness" here could refer to the liberty foreigners take in expressing their emotions and opinions, rather than actual hostility... perhaps something along the lines of assertiveness at strongest.
