    This is a doujin cover and judging from the other version of it, with text, It seems that the moon was part of the title. She's not obsessed with it, she's looking at nothing, it shouldn't even be there.

    I can't remember what it was from, but in something I read/watched they used the full moon as a mental trigger to alert themselves that they weren't in the real world.
