A crappy excuse would be that she's in the movies and there's a skewed sense of canonization when it comes to the KR movies, from outright AU (Faiz), alternate retelling (Ryuki but there's a sensible explanation for this), just plan non-canon at all (Kiva), a "kind-of" prologue (Kabuto), or the movie fits in the series nicely (Den-O).
The Megamax movie for Fourze happens sometimes before Ryusei even appears, considering the ending portions. Hence, I suppose Nadeshiko is complaining about Gentaro having spent all this time without using her Switch.
IT's been a very long time. I have translated the commentary too. So what they're trying to say is that Fourze had the S-1 Switch since Megamax but never used it until the last episode. Nadeshiko complained about that (since it's her gift I guess).
