Being overweight in inventory can kill a player. A player can instantly pick up a very heavy item anyways, only to be crushed the moment they take a step forward.
A lot of (new) players fall victim to heavy items, probably because they'll be rewarded heavy stuff from a quest and pick it up without noticing.

Everyone loves Shena's ass, but that's just a player character.
The water tub is a particularly heavy item - it weighs 450s (and an s seems roughly analogous to a kilogram, so that's around 990 lbs,) which is basically enough to crush almost anyone in a single step.
When i was a noob, i once got a quest to bring water tub from Vernis to Palmia (the game warned "Very heavy!"). I was like, lol, what heavy can it gets, and accept the request.
When he handed water tub to me, it crushes me to death 1 step afterward.
